Age Access Restriction: Brynok Scent Log is a niche lifestyle application focusing on candle and aromatherapy collection and daily tasting tracking. This platform is exclusively accessible to users aged 18 and older who possess complete independent civil capacity. Minors under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering accounts, uploading content, browsing logs and accessing all functional modules of this application.

Preamble

This Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as this “Contract”) is a legally binding electronic contract formally concluded between the Brynok operating team (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”) and individual end users (hereinafter referred to as the “User”). This Contract clarifies all rights, obligations and binding rules during your use of Brynok’s lifestyle recording services. Your act of downloading, installing and opening the application, creating personal scent logs and using data analysis features shall be deemed that you have fully read, understood and unconditionally accepted all contractual clauses. If you disagree with any term herein, you shall immediately terminate the use of this application.

1. Service Overview

Brynok Scent Log is a professional aromatherapy management journal tailored for scent lovers and candle collectors. The core services provided by the Operator cover three major modules: users can upload photos related to scented candles, aromatherapy products and fragrance collections; add customized text entries to record fragrance notes, burning duration, personal sensory experience and collection information; the system can automatically generate multi-dimensional visualized data charts to intuitively display user’s usage habits, collection preferences and daily usage frequency, helping users systematically manage their private fragrance collections.

The Operator reserves the right to adjust chart presentation styles, optimize image uploading standards and update journal editing functions based on market demands and user feedback. Optimizations that do not alter core service attributes will not issue separate notifications to users.

2. User Eligibility & Usage Rules

2.1 Age Compliance: The service scope of this application is limited to adult users over 18 years old. The Operator reserves the right to adopt technical means to screen underage users. Once unauthorized minor access is identified, the Operator has the right to directly ban the corresponding account and erase all scent log data generated by the account.

2.2 Account Responsibility: Users shall independently take charge of the security of their login accounts and private journal content. All logs, pictures and data content created under the user’s account shall be regarded as independent behaviors of the user, and the Operator shall not bear joint liability for privacy leakage caused by user’s improper custody of accounts.

2.3 Usage Scope Limitation: All functions of Brynok are designed for users’ personal hobby recording and private collection management only. Any commercial use including but not limited to data resale, paid customized journal production, advertising promotion and drainage marketing without the Operator’s written authorization is explicitly prohibited.

3. User Generated Content Specifications

3.1 Content Legality: Users guarantee that all uploaded fragrance product photos and self-edited text logs are original content or legally authorized resources. Users are forbidden to upload and publish content that involves illegal elements, infringes third-party copyright, portrait rights and other legitimate rights and interests.

3.2 Content Ownership: Users retain full ownership of all uploaded pictures and original scent journals. The Operator only obtains non-exclusive technical authorization for content storage, log rendering and visualized data generation, and shall not arbitrarily use or authorize third parties to use user-generated content beyond service purposes.

3.3 Prohibited Behaviors: Users are not allowed to upload invalid repetitive pictures, malicious virus files and irrelevant sensitive information in batches. Any abnormal operation that interferes with data statistics and chart generation algorithms is prohibited.

4. Visualized Data Statistical Provisions

4.1 Data Generation Logic: All visualized charts and statistical data released by the platform are automatically calculated by the system based on user’s active uploaded content and daily log records. The data is only for the user’s personal collection reference and hobby analysis, and cannot be used as valid certification materials for commercial trading, judicial appraisal and other official scenarios.

4.2 Data Iteration Rules: The Operator may adjust data calculation dimensions and chart display types according to product iteration. Minor data deviations caused by algorithm upgrading and style replacement shall be within the acceptable range, and the Operator does not need to assume corresponding liability.

5. Data Storage & Privacy Protection

The Operator abides by the global mainstream privacy protection principles and the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, and implements whole-process encrypted protection for user private data. We only collect basic information required for image parsing, log saving and data statistics, and never actively collect unnecessary sensitive information irrelevant to daily service.

All user scent journals and statistical data are stored in an independent encrypted private space, which is invisible to other users by default. The Operator promises not to sell, rent or share user private data to any external third-party organizations or individuals without explicit user authorization, except for the data disclosure requirements stipulated by national legal procedures.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Platform Intellectual Property: The application’s underlying operating code, exclusive data statistics algorithm, visualized chart template, journal interface design and brand trademark are all intellectual properties owned exclusively by the Operator. Any unauthorized cracking, copying, reverse engineering and commercial utilization are strictly forbidden.

6.2 User Creation Rights: All uploaded fragrance photos and customized scent logs belong to the user. The user enjoys complete disposal rights including viewing, editing, downloading and deleting. The Operator only owns the temporary service authorization required for functional operation.

7. Breach Sanctions & Service Termination

If users violate the clauses of this Contract, such as publishing illegal content, maliciously damaging platform operation and illegally using services for commercial purposes, the Operator has the right to take graded punitive measures including deleting violation content, restricting data statistics functions, freezing accounts and permanently recycling access qualifications.

Users can terminate the service use right at any time by uninstalling the application. After the termination of the contract, the clauses involving privacy protection, intellectual property rights and dispute settlement shall continue to take legal effect.

8. Disclaimer & Supplementary Provisions

The Operator provides log recording and data statistics services based on mature industry technologies, and does not bear liabilities for data loss and function failure caused by user misoperation, device failure, network fluctuation and force majeure events.

The Operator has the right to update and revise this Contract according to national laws and regulatory policies. The updated clauses will be displayed inside the application and take effect immediately. Your continued use of the service represents your acceptance of the revised contract.

This Contract shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. In case of disputes, both parties shall resolve them through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the people's court where the Operator is located for judgment.
